Sazona y enharina ligeramente las kokotxas, sacudiéndolas un poco para que suelte el exceso de harina.
Después pásalas por huevo batido, escúrrelas bien y fríelas en aceite caliente pero sin que se hagan en exceso.
Una vez hechas, ponlas en un plato cubierto con papel de cocina para que suelten la grasa.
Preséntalas con el perejil muy picado espolvoreado en todo el plato.
