The formula can vary between 3-5 % of extra virgin Olive Oil and 97-95 % of refined olive oil.
- What’s its use?
It is especially formulated for cooking and frying. Especially to cook dishes and frying.
- How does it compare with other cooking oils used for frying?
BETIS For Cooking is a high-quality oil with high components of healthy fatty acids when compared to other cooking oils.

- Which is the correct cooking temperature when using this product?
The perfect temperature of this oil for frying is 150 - 180 ºC or the equivalent of 302 - 356°F.
