CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES WITH OLIVE OIL

Today we bring you a sweet recipe, some delicious chocolate Truffles, to which we are going to give you a very special aroma with Betis olive oil, which will give you texture and all its healthy benefits. Without a doubt it is an exquisite snack with which you conquer the most demanding palate.

Generally, desserts are foods that should be consumed sporadically due to their high caloric content. In this case a dessert of these characteristics is presented since the ingredients used in its preparation (chocolate, oil, cream) are foods with a high caloric value. Therefore, it is advisable not to abuse this type of desserts, especially in the case of people with high levels of cholesterol or triglycerides in the blood, diabetes or problems of excess weight.

Elaboration:

We start by putting the cream in a saucepan to heat, when it starts to boil, turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate, let it completely melt and mix it well. Then add the Betis olive oil and with the help of some rods mix until the Betis olive oil is completely integrated. Once we get a homogeneous mixture, we place it in a container that we cover with plastic wrap and cool in the fridge for a few hours, even if you have time you can leave it done the day before.

Once our dough has been solidified with the help of two teaspoons, we are forming small balls and coating them in cocoa powder chips. We can also use this crushed dried fruit such as almonds, hazelnuts, coconut shavings, colored shavings ... and they are ready to serve.
