September is coming again, the vacation days is about to expire and then, you are probably getting ready to go back to the office and bring your children to school. In some countries, back to the normal daily routine has already started, it is a fact.

A new starting. Autumn means that! A new opportunity to renew your motivation in order to get your goals. However, we know it is not easy to keep yourself very optimistic after a vacation period. Now, we would like to share with you some tips that, surely, will help you to come back to your daily life full of energy:

1) Smile every morning. Also, it is very convenient you smile every afternoon, evening and night! If you think about it, we use less muscles for smiling, so it is easier than crying.

2) No rush during breakfast, have it slowy as it is the main dish of the day. Do not forget to add toasts with olive oil, so good for your health because it helps with digestion.

3) Good food. Add more fruit, vegetable and, fish. Follow the healthy Mediterranean Diet! Try new dishes in the kitchen, be creative. Again, use olive oil for the different uses.

4) Take time to exercise yourself. No need (for) heavy work out in the gyms. At least 30 minutes a day to walk. The most important thing is that you move. Ready for action?

5) Stay inspired, reading books, listening to music, watching good movies, loving your family and friends, walking in the countryside and so on.

6) Keep your motivation high and start thinking about some new days off.
