FETTUCCINE ALFREDO WITH CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI

 Pasta with chicken and vegetables is a unique dish that contains important nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants so it becomes a complete meal, and it is very simple to do. One of the ways to season this dish is the Alfredo sauce, which highlights the flavor of both chicken and pasta, which makes it the ideal sauce for a dinner with unforeseen guests. In addition, doing it is not as complicated as it seems and therefore can be done quickly.

Elaboration:

 We put to heat abundant water in a pot. When it breaks to boil, add salt and pasta. Cook, over medium heat, keeping a moderate boil, and stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente, the cooking time of the pasta is printed on the package.

 We cut the chicken breast into pieces and fry it in a pan with 1 tablespoon of Betis oil and finely chopped garlic cloves. Once ready we reserve.

 We cut the broccoli into small trees, we wash them and we reserve them.

 When the pasta is ready, turn off the heat and add the chopped broccoli, leave it for a few minutes to soften and drain the pasta.

 While the pasta is cooking, heat in a pan, over medium heat, butter and cream. When the butter melts, add the cheese and mix. Cook until the cheese is incorporated into the mixture forming a cream of uniform texture.

 When the cream is ready, season to taste and mix again. Next, chop the parsley and add it to the pan. Mix and keep the cream on the fire so it does not cool. We lower the fire to the minimum.

 When the pasta is ready, we put it in the drainer. Then add the pasta to the pan, mix well so that it is impregnated with the sauce and served immediately.
