OLIVE D-TOX

Fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies have become a very popular option for those who want to take care of their bodies, and more and more people are choosing these drinks as a substitute for their morning coffee or mid-morning snack.

The combination of fresh fruit and vegetables in these drinks helps us to achieve a balanced diet and provides vitamins and minerals in a fast and convenient way. It is the perfect way to benefit from the nutrients that we may not otherwise always include in our diets.

How about adding some extra virgin olive oil?

We would benefit from an extra dose of antioxidants, thanks to the polyphenols and vitamin E that olive oil provides. In addition, extra virgin olive oil adds flavour and aroma to fruit and vegetable drinks.

Olive D-tox is an initiative belonging to the promotional campaign launched by  Aceites de Oliva de España (olive oils of Spain), and with the support of the European Union (EU) and the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment (MAGRAMA). The chef Juan Pozuelo has created four varieties of Olive D-tox:
