The return to routine can cause situations of stress or anxiety that are irretrievably translated into the appearance of a new enemy in our life, insomnia. If in the world 30% of the population suffers chronic insomnia according to the World Health Organization, in Spain, one in five Spaniards suffers it, according to the Vall d'Hebron Hospital in Barcelona. Somewhat alarming data since the rest of the body is vital to not develop anemia, anxiety, body fatigue, activate correctly regions of the brain that are essential for a good functioning of working memory, or not gain weight.

To use it is advisable to use a diffuser with 15-20 drops during the afternoon or before bedtime, or orally, taking 2 drops diluted in olive oil in the morning and evening. This would be a routine during the day with aromatherapy to rest at night:      In the morning: take 2 drops of mandarin essence diluted in a little olive oil.    During the day: make micro-breaks for 5 to 10 minutes to disconnect. To help, put a drop of lavender essential oil on your wrists, close your eyes and take a deep breath.      At home: in a diffuser, put mandarin essential oil, 15 to 20 drops, for half an hour.      At night: take 2 drops of mandarin essence diluted in olive oil. And massage your feet, arms and chest.
  • Use a supplement: There are a variety of treatments that promise to help you sleep through the night. These products are usually made based on components that act in the body favoring rest and relaxing muscles, and therefore, motivating sleep.
  • Do yoga: In most cases, insomnia is usually caused by an elevated state of anxiety and stress, as well as by excessive worries, therefore addressing it is essential and yoga is considered as a very optimal remedy to avoid it , since it relaxes the body and the mind, moving away the worries that prevent us from sleeping all night in a deep way.
