Figs with ham have you tried this combination? We are sure that you will succeed with this recipe. Today's salad is without a doubt very, very rich, it is a perfect combination of salty and sweet flavors, it is ideal for as a starter, a perfect dish to surprise your guests.
This salad is healthy and nutritious gives us vitamins, calcium and proteins. Fresh, raw or briefly cooked figs are ideal for salads, often combined with cheese, ham and even other fruits.
We start peeling the figs and cut them into pieces or segments, and we put them in a fountain.
Next, we wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the source. We do the same with the mozzarella cut it into cubes and the ham into strips.
In a bowl we prepare the vinaigrette, for this we mix the Betis oil, a little salt and pepper to taste, honey and a touch of vinegar. We beat vigorously and seasoned the salad.
To finish we put some fresh mint leaves on top as decoration, also give a fresh touch to the salad, and we have it ready to eat!
