Today’s recipe is beef and broccoli stir-fry and it is mainly composed by veal, so it is rich in high biological value proteins and it is low fat. It also has minerals (iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium…) and vitamins (A, B and E). Vegetables we have added to this plate are low calorie, providing fiber that regulates intestinal transit and avoiding constipation. They also have vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, giving a very nutritious and healthy contribution.

Preparation:

The first step is to prepare the vegetables, for this, slice the garlic, dice the onion, peel the carrot and cut it into sticks, then separate the broccoli into small trees.

Shred the beef finely and set aside.

Put water to boil in a pot and when boiling, place broccoli and carrots and wait for 5 minutes. Remove the vegetables with the help of a skimmer and set aside.

Fry the garlic a little in a pan with Betis oil, then add the meat. When the meat begins to change its color, add the broccoli, carrot, onion, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sauté them all well for a few minutes so they are ready to serve and eat.
