Today, we propose a very original way to prepare beef with vegetables. It is an easy recipe and appropriate to prepare a tasty and complete unique course. ¿Do you want to prepare it?

Beef is lean meat, so it is frequently included in mostly diets. It is important to highlight the intake of proteins of high biological value, vitamins of group B and minerals such as iron and zinc. Vegetables add other minerals such as potassium and fiber that improve the bowel transit.

Preparation:

The first step is to prepare the vegetables, so wash and chop them, then set aside.

Prepare in a bowl a little Betis olive oil with salt, pepper and some fresh chopped rosemary with which you will paint the steaks on both sides.

Sauté the vegetables in a pan with Betis Oil until they are tender, seasoning them to our liking.

Place the vegetables over the beefsteak, you can place vertically and protrude a little in order to make them more eye-catching. Roll the beefsteaks and tie with a chive stem and set aside.

To prepare the glaze, heat the Betis oil in a saucepan, add the garlic and cook until it releases its smell. Add the balsamic vinegar, the wine, the brown sugar and the sprigs of rosemary and raise the fire to boil quickly. Once it reaches the boiling point reduce the heat and cook over low heat without covering for 5 minutes. At this time, add the broth and bring it back to the boiling point and then simmer for another 15 minutes.

Place the wraps in a grill or pan and cook for 2 minutes each side.

Remove the rosemary sprigs and sprinkle the wraps with the reduction.

You can serve the wraps with a garnish of baked potatoes.
