Chicken is a food rich in vitamins B3, B9, C and K and minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, iodine, magnesium, sodium and phosphorus. It is prepared with wine, a drink with important nutritional contributions. Vegetables such as carrots, green peppers, tomatoes and garlic are added to the recipe, which provide the necessary plant part to the dish, as well as a large number of essential nutrients in the body such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, iodine , fiber, zinc and vitamins A, B7, B9, C, E and K. It is a recipe somewhat caloric and fat, which should be taken into account to consume in moderation.

 Elaboration:

 We started chopping the poultry and booked.

Then wash, peel and cut the pepper, leeks, onions and carrots into small pieces, and potatoes into irregular pieces.
