Strawberries and lemon juice increase the vitamin C content of this dessert, a vitamin with powerful antioxidant action. Elaboration:

Wash the strawberries in cold water and dry well. Remove the green part and dice in a bowl.

Add the sugar, lemon juice to the bowl and stir with the strawberry dices.

Cover the bowl with film paper and save it in the fridge for 1 hour in order to the strawberries drop their juices.

Before you serve, take the bowl from the fridge and add the Betis olive oil and the chopped basil leaves, mix well and serve well cold in small bowls.
