CHICKEN AVOCADO SALAD

Chicken
and avocado salad can be prepared in a few minutes. If you like to
take care of yourself and want to have one of those recipes ideal to
take to work or leave prepared, this chicken and avocado salad is
what you are looking for. It represents the perfect combination of
protein and omega-3 fatty acids, a healthy recipe that will help you
feel much better.
Elaboration:
We
start by preparing the chicken breasts, salt and pepper them and
grill them in a frying pan with a little Betis oil. If you want you
can give it a touch of flavor with some fine herbs. It's very
personal, but if you like this kind of flavors, they go very well
with meat.
It
is better to cook the chicken little by little so that it is well
sealed. When they are ready, let them cool down for about 10 minutes
and cut them into small cubes so that they integrate better into the
salad.
Peel
the avocado and remove the bone. Cut it into cubes of the same size
as the chicken. The avocado is always better if it has a slightly
brown exterior, it will mean that it will be more tender inside and
will be easier to cut.
Mix
the avocado and chicken in a bowl. We add the lemon juice that will
give a very good citrus flavor to our salad. Put the chopped chili to
add a touch of flavor, salt and pepper to taste.
As a final
touch we add the mayonnaise. This point is optional, it also combines
perfectly with pink sauce or if you prefer you can take it natural.
