According to scientists at the University of Athens in Greece, an olive oil-rich diet cut the risk of erectile dysfunction by up to 40 percent.

They examined over 660 men who had an average age of 67, switched to a Mediterranean-style diet which focused on eating fruits, vegetables, fish, and nuts, and replaced all butter with olive oil.

Researchers noted that olive oil improves blood vessels in men, which supports better circulation, including during sex. Olive Oil can increase testosterone levels and then reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction.

The Mediterranean diet even reduce the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. There are many reasons to join the Olive Oil consumption!
