Most of us can remember a breakfast or snack that was common a few years ago, bread with oil and chocolate, or simply bread with oil and sprinkled with cocoa. Today we propose a version of this snack, chocolate lollipops with olive oil and a pinch of salt flower that enhances its flavor. Do you dare to try it?

These lollipops are a snack that we can take occasionally, since they are very energetic although they are composed of healthy ingredients. Therefore, it is desirable that this type of desserts are part of the diet sporadically, especially if you have diabetes problems, excess weight, or high levels of cholesterol or triglycerides in blood.

Elaboration:

We start melting the chocolate, we can do it in a bain-marie or in the microwave, it is very easy to put the chocolate in a bowl and introduce it in the microwave at medium power for 30 seconds, stir, and reinsert it in the microwave another 30 seconds, until the chocolate melts completely. Once melted, add the Betis oil and stir until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

On a sheet of vegetable paper we distribute the salt flakes and freshly ground pepper, putting a pinch where we want to put each lollipop, leaving enough space between them.

On each point of salt and, with the warm chocolate, we distribute with a spoon the chocolate in the shape of a circle and stick a skewer stick so that it sticks when it gets cold.

Note: the quantities indicated are for 8 people, cooking 5 min preparation 15 min.
