Erika Solórzano is a young but well experienced Chef from Puerto Rico with more than 12 years working in the food industry.

At present she manages her own manufacturer company producing spice sauces and empanadillas, instead of a star on TV. She usually cooks in demo kitchens not only in Puerto Rico but also in USA.

Recently, she was invited to participated last 10th September in the 62nd International Challenge of the Paella Valenciana in Sueca (Valencia, Spain) and it was a great opportunity for us to welcome her during her visit to our facilities in Seville.

She was very interested in getting more knowledge about our production process and the olive oil culture in Spain to continue developing the promotion of our brand in Puerto Rico in such passionate and enthusiastic way as she does.

She learnt about olives varieties, how we choose our suppliers, the frequent investments we do on the packing lines and the road that each bottle or cans do until the Betis consumers homes. Here a video of her visit to our facilities https://www.instagram.com/p/CxIVkPULbiq/

What such a great experience, not only from a professional point of view.  It has been a pleasure to welcoming her during her stay in Spain!
