The skewers are easy to prepare and very nutritious. In addition, you can adapt them to the taste of diners, as we can prepare many different ways, with vegetables, fish, seafood, meat ... Today we propose you a healthy and delicious recipe, we are going to prepare monkfish skewers with different vegetables to our taste.

Monkfish, the main ingredient of this recipe, is a white fish that has a high fat content and proteins of great biological value in its composition but with a very low caloric content, making it an ideal fish to include in weight control diets.

The vegetables used in these recipes are rich in vitamins and antioxidant substances beneficial to the body.

You can make skewers with the vegetables you like best and with other fish such as tuna or cod. They will be equally exquisite.


Elaboration:

The first thing to do is cut the fish into medium squares.

Drizzle with lemon juice. Dress with a good jet of Betis olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Let it marinate for about an hour.

Wash the peppers and also cut them into squares. Peel the onion and cut it into pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

Leave the skewers in water for about 10 minutes. Drain and place a piece of each ingredient in them.

Put them in the frying pan with a pinch of Betis olive oil so that all the ingredients are made to taste and that's it!
