The 9th edition of the Spanish Food and Wine OpenDays was  organized by the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Shanghai and ICEX Spain and Investments. There had been earlier versions of the same activity, and we, TYRSA, did not want to lose out on this opportunity to join.

On this occasion, it was our commercial partners in China, who made an appearance on behalf of our brand Betis, who in turn met with the entire professional audience of the local food industry in Hangzhou.

This has been a fantastic chance since, in addition to promoting Spanish gastronomy, we also wanted to support culture as one of our key goals, so guests have the honor of soaking up both: culture and gastronomy

Our business partner was able to prepare several "tapas," exhibiting to the participants the use of our extra virgin olive oil, which at the same time, can introduce them to use it in their daily life, demonstrating the different possibilities, by integrating the tasting format.

It is worth noting that all past editions, which we have participated, have attracted an increasing number of people, and the inaugural #SPAIN FOOD NATION SUMMIT will take place in October, just hours before the Chengdu OpenDays.

We hope to see you at the next OpenDays!
